Don't book. Misleading. Lied about services rendered and about paying the actual driver. The drivers are contract and not Westway's employees. Charged incorrectly. Unreliable on the day of travel.
Whatever you do, DO NOT book with these people. They are dishonest, will leave you hanging, will charge for services never completed, will lie, are unavailable for hours when they send you in a car to the wrong location and then don’t offer a solution. Don’t do it, it will cost you hundreds of lost money and huge frustration. Highly dishonest company.
Our experience with Westery was fabulous. Out flight has multiple delays. Communication was awesome on their part to set out minds at ease that the driver was monitoring and would be there ever after our 3 hour delay. Chauffeur was courteous and professional. Vehicle was extremely clean.
