No. We monitor your flight automatically using your flight number, so a delay or early arrival is picked up without any action on your part. That said, you are always welcome to call us if plans change on the ground.
Airport collections include a generous free waiting allowance measured from your actual landing time, giving you ample margin for immigration, baggage reclaim and customs before any waiting charge could apply.
If your flight is diverted to another airport or cancelled outright, call our 24-hour line and we will reschedule or redirect your chauffeur. We handle disruption calmly and only ever charge fairly for the journey actually taken.
