A taxi is typically hailed on the spot and metered, so the final cost is unknown until you arrive. A chauffeur transfer is booked ahead at a fixed fare, in a professionally maintained car, with a vetted driver, meet and greet and flight tracking included.
It can be comparable, and often better value once surge pricing, waiting charges and the risk of no available car are taken into account. You also receive a fixed price, a guaranteed vehicle and a chauffeur who waits for your flight rather than cancelling on you.
As far ahead as you can, especially for early flights or peak periods. Booking in advance secures your preferred vehicle and chauffeur, though we will always do our best to accommodate shorter-notice requests too.
