The road distance is about 23 miles and the drive is typically 35 minutes off-peak, realistically 35 to 55 minutes depending on the hour.
The route is simple:
Leave Heathrow onto the M25 southbound (Junction 15 from Terminals 2 and 3 via the M4, Junction 14 from Terminals 4 and 5)
M25 clockwise to Junction 10, the Wisley interchange
A3 south — dual carriageway the whole way, past RHS Garden Wisley, Ripley and Burpham
Into Guildford for the town centre, or continue for the University, Research Park and the villages beyond
Where the delays are: M25 Junction 10 is a known pinch point and the A3 approach into Guildford can slow at peak. During weekday rush hours allow 50 to 60 minutes rather than 35. Late evening and early morning the run is closer to 30.
An alternative via the A30 and A320 through Egham and Woking avoids the M25 entirely and is sometimes quicker when Junction 10 is blocked — your chauffeur checks traffic before departure.

Yes direct to the Stag Hill campus main entrance, Senate House, the Library, or specific halls, and also to the Manor Park campus.
