Heathrow Airport Transfers
Heathrow transfers from £110 with meet and greet, fixed fares, flight tracking and 60 minutes free waiting. All four terminals, licensed chauffeurs.
A Heathrow airport transfer is a pre-booked private car that meets you inside the terminal and drives you door to door. London Heathrow (LHR) is the busiest airport in the United Kingdom and operates as four separate buildings, so the terminal you land at decides where your chauffeur waits. Westway Ride covers all of them under Transport for London licence 73850301.
Meeting you at the right terminal
Terminal 2 handles most Star Alliance carriers, Terminal 3 a broad mix of long-haul airlines, Terminal 4 serves SkyTeam, and Terminal 5 belongs to British Airways and Iberia. Terminal 1 closed in 2015. Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 stand at opposite ends of the site, so arriving at the wrong one costs real time even with the free inter-terminal transfer. Your flight number names the exact arrivals hall, which is why we ask for it rather than the airline, and it is what your driver follows to be there with a name board waiting in arrivals.
Departures run in reverse. Airlines move between terminals, so a terminal printed on an older booking is worth checking the week you fly, and your chauffeur uses that terminal's own departures door rather than a shared set-down point. Onward journeys to Windsor, Oxford and the Southampton cruise port are booked the same way, as are cross-airport runs. We cover every London airport, and weekly business travellers use our executive chauffeur service.
Travel Time, Distance & Pricing
A Heathrow Airport (LHR) transfer to central London typically takes about 45 minutes, depending on traffic, over roughly 15 miles. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and takes the fastest route, and because your fare is fixed before you travel, delays never cost you more. Heathrow fares start from £110 for a Mercedes E Class, set by distance from the Westway price sheet and shown in full before you book, meet and greet, flight tracking, parking and standard tolls all included, with no surge pricing.

"Excellent Service – Reliable and Professional! I recently used Westway Ride, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. From booking to drop-off, everything was smooth and professional. The driver arrived on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride was incredibly pleasant. The customer service team was responsive and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered before the journey. What stood out most was their punctuality and the courteous behaviour of the driver — polite, well-dressed, and knew the best routes to avoid traffic. I highly recommend West"

Everything you need to know about your transfer.
Fares start at £110 in a Mercedes E Class and are fixed the moment you book. The figure is set by distance from our published price sheet, and it already includes meet and greet, flight tracking, parking and standard tolls. Larger vehicles carry their own fixed rate, and nothing is added afterwards for traffic or time of day.
All four, for both arrivals and departures. Your chauffeur is sent to the arrivals hall of whichever terminal your flight lands at, and there is no extra charge for one over another.
Meet and greet is when the driver parks and waits inside the arrivals hall holding a name board, rather than messaging you from a car park. They help with the luggage and walk you to the vehicle. It is included on every arrival, and it is the difference between being collected and being found.
Nothing changes and nothing is charged. Your driver is given the flight number and tracks it live, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. A delayed landing simply means a later collection, and an early landing usually means the car is already waiting.
60 minutes from touchdown, included as standard. That window exists because passport control and baggage reclaim can take 20 minutes on a quiet morning and over an hour when several long-haul aircraft arrive together. You are not paying for the airport being slow.
About 45 minutes for roughly 15 miles, using the M4 and A4 through Hammersmith. The morning peak can stretch that noticeably. Because the price is agreed before you travel, a slow run costs you time but never money.
Fixed. The price is confirmed before you book and does not move with traffic, waiting or demand. There is no meter running while you sit still and no surge multiplier at peak hours, which is the main practical difference from a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
The train wins on price for one traveller with light luggage, and it is genuinely quick into Paddington. A chauffeur wins on door to door: no changes, no stairs with cases, no onward taxi at the far end, and someone waiting for you at 5am when the trains are thin. Groups and heavy luggage tip it decisively.
Yes. A Mercedes V-Class takes up to 7 passengers and a Vito up to 8, both with matching luggage space, and minibuses cover 16 and above. One booking keeps a group together with a single driver and a single fixed price, which is usually cheaper per head than splitting across saloons.
Yes, and they are free of charge. Tell us the ages when you book so the correct seat is fitted before the car reaches you. Requesting on the day is not possible, because the seat has to be in the vehicle before it sets off.
Yes. Westway Ride operates under Transport for London licence 73850301, and every chauffeur is licensed, background checked and insured for private hire work. Vehicles are cleaned before each shift, which is the most visible difference from a car hailed at the kerb.
Yes. Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City are routine cross-airport runs, and longer journeys to Oxford, Cambridge, Windsor and Southampton cruise port are booked the same way. One driver covers the whole trip at one agreed price, with the same flight tracking if a connection is involved.
Bookings open from 3 hours before pickup, which is the minimum we can confirm a chauffeur and vehicle for. Booking earlier is wiser for a 5am departure, a larger vehicle or a bank holiday, since those slots fill first. Late requests are often still possible, but the choice of vehicle narrows.
Payment is taken by card when you book, and the amount shown is the amount charged. Parking, standard tolls, meet and greet and waiting are already inside that figure, so there is nothing to settle with the driver and no follow-up charge once the journey is done.
