Inside the T3 arrivals hall, near the customs exit, holding a board with your name on it. The driver waits in the hall rather than moving around, so you are usually looking for the board within a few paces of coming through.

It opened in 1961 as the Oceanic Terminal, built to handle the first generation of long-haul jets, and it is the oldest Heathrow terminal still in use. It has been extended and refurbished many times since.
