Airports follow the A4. Heathrow runs

No. The zone’s western extension was removed in 2011, so W8 and SW7 sit outside it, though the whole borough remains inside ULEZ. Journeys east into the West End or the City do enter the zone, and that charge is already in your fare.
At the entrance that’s actually moving. Exhibition Road is a shared surface with no kerbs, so stopping is restricted, and the Natural History Museum admits visitors from Cromwell Road as well. Your chauffeur picks the frontage on the day.
Yes, and diplomatic work is a regular part of the W8 diary. The avenue is gated and checked at both ends, so our chauffeurs work to the access arrangements rather than arriving to negotiate them.
