London to Paris Chauffeur
Private London to Paris chauffeur service via Eurotunnel. Fixed fares from £1,342, door to door in 6 hours, EES and Crit’Air handled, pets and groups welcome.
London to Paris by chauffeur.
A London to Paris chauffeur service is
one car, one driver and one booking across two countries: collection from any
London address, the Channel crossing, and delivery to the exact Paris door you
name. Westway Ride runs it as part of our long-distance
chauffeur hire, at a price fixed the moment you book.
The route covers 285 miles in around
six hours. That splits into roughly 1 hour 30 minutes from your London
pickup to the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle terminal at Folkestone, the 35-minute
crossing to Calais, and about three hours on the A26 and A1 into central
Paris. You stay in the vehicle for the crossing itself. Le Shuttle runs up to
four departures an hour, around the clock, so the timing bends to your schedule
rather than a timetable.
What has changed since Brexit is the
border, and it changed again recently. The EU Entry/Exit System became fully
operational on 10 April 2026, replacing passport stamps with biometric
registration for non-EU nationals, and for travellers leaving via Folkestone
that registration happens on the UK side under French border officials.
Separately, any vehicle entering Paris needs a Crit’Air emissions sticker,
foreign plates included. We handle both, along with booking the crossing and
the paperwork around it.
Below: the route and pricing, what the
border now involves, the fleet, the ten things included in every booking, group
travel, how a chauffeur compares with Eurostar or a flight, and the questions
cross-Channel travellers ask most.
JOURNEY TIMES, ROUTE AND TRANSPARENT PRICING
Timings hold up because the variables
are known. The M20 through Kent runs to Junction 11A at the terminal, and after
Calais the A26 heads towards Arras before the A1 drops into Paris. The one
reliable unknown is the Périphérique, which can add 20 to 40 minutes at
the wrong hour, so your chauffeur picks the approach on live traffic.
Pricing is fixed at booking with no surge
and no metered add-ons. The E-Class starts at £1,342, the V-Class at £1,742,
the S-Class at £1,942 and the Sprinter minibus at £3,713, each covering the
vehicle and chauffeur for the full journey. The Le Shuttle crossing fee and
French autoroute tolls sit as separate itemised lines rather than being
absorbed into the headline figure, so you can see what each element costs.
Return legs are priced independently, and multi-day stays may carry a chauffeur
accommodation charge, quoted upfront.
What the fare does not decide is how
smoothly the border goes, which is worth its own section.

Everything you need to know about our chauffeur service.
About six hours door to door: roughly 1 hour 30 minutes to Folkestone, the 35-minute crossing, and around three hours from Calais. Traffic in London, on the M20 and around the Périphérique moves the total either way.
From £1,342 in an E-Class, £1,742 in a V-Class, £1,942 in an S-Class and £3,713 in a Sprinter minibus. Those figures cover the vehicle and chauffeur; the crossing and French tolls are itemised separately in your quote.
Yes, if you are not an EU national. EES registration has been fully operational since 10 April 2026 and records fingerprints and a facial image. At Folkestone it is completed before boarding, by French officials on the UK side.
It does, and foreign plates are not exempt. Paris enforces its low-emission zone by camera on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00, with fines from €68 reaching overseas keepers by post. Our vehicles carry a valid vignette.
Not yet. ETIAS is a separate pre-travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers and is not currently in force. Launch is expected later in 2026, and the EU has said it will confirm the date well in advance.
The Le Shuttle fee is charged separately and shown as its own line, alongside French tolls. We book the crossing, set the departure time and manage any change caused by delays.
Yes, and they stay in the vehicle throughout, including the crossing. Dogs, cats and ferrets need a microchip, a rabies vaccination and a pet passport or Animal Health Certificate, and Eurotunnel charges around £22 per pet each way.
Yes, and many clients do. Canterbury works before the crossing, and Boulogne-sur-Mer, Amiens or Chantilly afterwards. Comfort breaks are available at any time; planned stops are built into the itinerary at booking.
