A roadshow chauffeur is one driver and
one vehicle assigned to an entire multi-day, multi-city programme rather than
booked city by city. Westway Ride runs it as part of our chauffeur services
network, from the first morning collection to the final airport drop, with the

On day one your chauffeur learns the schedule; by day three they know it better

Pricing is quoted per programme rather than per journey. Indicative rates run from £650 a day for a three-day London programme, from £600 a day for a five-day UK tour taking in London, Edinburgh and Manchester, and from £550 a day across ten days. Every quote includes the same chauffeur throughout, overnight accommodation for the chauffeur in each city, fuel, mileage, waiting time and the Congestion Charge. WHAT A ROADSHOW DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
A London day is geography. An early
collection from a Mayfair hotel, then four investor meetings across the City
between 08:00 and 12:00, each 45 minutes with 10 to 15 between them. Those
offices sit within a few streets of each other around Throgmorton Avenue,
Moorgate, Coleman Street and Cheapside, so the driving is short and the parking
position decides whether you arrive composed or at a jog. Then the day breaks:
a working lunch back in Mayfair, an afternoon crossing to Canary Wharf via the
Limehouse Link, two more meetings on Canada Square, and an evening on standby.
Edinburgh is the opposite shape. The fund management cluster around Charlotte Square, George Street
and Princes Street sits within a few hundred metres, so the meetings are easy
and the challenge is arriving at all, since the drive from London runs seven to
eight hours. Manchester adds a third pattern, with most offices around
Spinningfields and King Street. Between cities the chauffeur repositions
overnight while the team flies.

WHAT A ROADSHOW CHAUFFEUR COSTS
Programme pricing replaces per-journey
pricing for a practical reason: a roadshow is not a series of transfers. It is
a block of time with a vehicle and driver committed to it, including hours
waiting outside offices and evenings on standby.
One item is worth spelling out. The
Congestion Charge rose to £18 a day on 2 January 2026, and a London
roadshow day typically crosses in and out of the zone repeatedly, since the
City and Mayfair sit inside it and Canary Wharf does not. The charge is daily
rather than per crossing, and it is inside your quote either way, along with
tolls and parking. Nothing is invoiced after the programme ends.
For a single intercity journey rather
than a programme, long-distance
